Dr. Cepe attended
college in the Philippines where he
received his Doctor of Medicine from the
University of the East Ramon Magsaysay
Memorial Medical Center. He completed
a residency in Surgery in the
Philippines and a Residency in Family
Practice at SUNY in Buffalo, New York.
Dr. Cepe also completed fellowship
training in Sports Medicine at SUNY. He
is board certified in Family Practice
Medicine. Dr. Cepe is an active member
and past president (2006-2007) of the
Philippine Medical Society of Northern
California which has over 150 active
Filipino Physicians in the Bay Area and
surrounding cities. This organization
regularly holds yearly medical and
surgical missions to the underserved in
the Philippines.
Dr. Cepe practiced
in New York for six years prior to
moving to the bay area. He has been a
Family Practice physician in the bay
area for nine years. Dr. Cepe currently
lives in San Jose and is married to a
loving family practitioner. He has four
wonderful children. His hobbies include
golf and photography and he loves to
spend time with his family. Dr. Cepe
strongly believes in holistic medicine
and total compassion to his patients.
He encourages his active and new
